Don't just take
my word for it
I just finished my first of many sessions with T.Minor and it was so incredibly empowering. She gave me advice on how to achieve goals I have set for myself and helped me build a timeline to set my plans in motion…
Who I amI am so excited that you are here…visiting my website and are interested in learning more about me, Tammy Minor – President & CEO of BossBabe T.Minor, creator of Shut the but up!, founder of Empowered Women Empowering Women as well as Principal of Global Production Associates. WOW, that was a lot!
Let me be completely transparent on how I got here; I didn’t come from much and always wanted more – point blank. I’ve made mistakes that have set me back a time or two but no matter what I still wanted more for myself and my family.
Wanted more experiences and adventures than I had growing up. Wanted to be able to give my kids the things they wanted that I never had. And although money doesn’t buy happiness it sure does fund the ability to do all the things! j/s
That’s why I am here to help you realize that YOU are the only thing standing in your own way. The only thing that you are actually a victim of, is yourself. The only thing keeping you from accomplishing your goals and dreams is your refusal to shut the but up!®

My Story

level-up I consider myself a self-made BOSS. Surviving a tumultuous childhood, being a pregnant single mother on my own at 17 and escaping two different controlling and physically abusive marriages, I knew I had to succeed and couldn’t make any excuses along the way.

I put herself through college while working full time and raising a family. A few unpredictable twists and turns in my life then topped by a tragic accident, landed me in the insurance business, where I successfully built my own 7-figure agency from the ground up (in a male dominated industry at that).

Seven years in the insurance business, my primary role had been to sell people on a dream of financial independence and living the life they always wanted. I found that I was gifted in pushing people into success. Eventually, I realized that recruiting and training people to sell insurance was not my true purpose despite the fact that I was damn good at it. Instead I discovered I would rather empower people to follow their personal why and follow their own path to living on purpose and achieving success.
